If you wish to cancel your tickets and receive a refund, you must do so 48 hours in advance of the tour. A refund will not be issued within 48 hours. Instead, you will be credited for your tickets and may choose another time/tour that suits you best. 

Our guides are NOT authorized to issue refunds, all refund/cancellation inquiries should be directed to support@texasghosttour.com.

This tour runs rain or shine, hot or cold. If the weather is severe or dangerous, we will contact all the guests and cancel the tour. Please note that refunds will not be issued in case of inclement weather, but you will be offered alternative tour times at no extra charge.

While we do not guarantee paranormal experiences, we have had many guests report ghostly encounters. Pew Research reports that 18% of people claim to have seen a ghost, and you might be one of them!

 We will NOT be entering any of the locations during the Future Ghosts Tour or New Blood Tour. 

Our Future Ghosts Tour is fun and fearsome for all ages. Most of the stories are from a very long time ago and tend to focus on ghost stories and history. Children under 18 MUST be accompanied by an adult.

You may bring children under the age of 13 on the New Blood Tour, but we will focus more on the murders and crimes. If you choose to bring children younger than 13, you must do so at your own discretion.

A Ghost Tour is a walking haunted history experience. We will share the history, stories, and folklore from one of America’s most haunted cities on this tour.

Tips are not included in the price of tickets and are strongly encouraged. Our guides are well trained and would greatly appreciate your contributions to help them create a great tour.

Each tour is approximately 1/2 a mile. It should be noted that these tours may be too difficult for the walking impaired. If you have a member of your party who is walking impaired, it would be best to have them on an electric scooter. Pushing anyone around in a wheelchair would most likely be too strenuous. There will also be a considerable amount of standing as not every location on our tours in San Antonio, TX have places to sit.

Yes! The tour may sell out and it would be best to reserve your tickets in advance.

Our tours must begin promptly at the time they are scheduled to make sure our guests are happy. No refunds will be issued to those who are running late. Please arrive early and give yourself time to find parking before your tour begins.
